It's been almost a month since my first blog entry. Things have quietened down in my day job, but I'm still very busy with my freelance work. But, the good news is that in that time, I've been able to expand my creative toolset with the Adobe Production Studio and the release of modo 201. Very exiting stuff.
So without further ado, here is my first modo render:

I have also had the pleasure of receiving the Stash Issue 19 DVD which demonstrates commercial and non-commercial creative work from around the world. Do check out the trailer on the web site as there's some very impressive work in there.
A great animated trailer that I recommend you to check out is Freerange by Seed Animation. There is a nice 17MB QuickTime trailer available for download.
There is also a great movie called Brick that you should check out if you're into your Film Noirs. Fully financed by the director's friends and family and edited on a Mac using Final Cut Pro in his bedroom. Talk about inspiring for us mere mortals.
Anyway, back to work now; but watch this space for some After Effect related entries as I get to put my paws on some of its awesome power. What could be more fun that motion tracking a juggler.
